I think "The Mask" is the film in question. Let the stupid posting begin! Or rather, let it resume...

<taking a bow> I thank you.
But I wasn't actually thinking about that. The forfeit: you have to pay me! ;D

I'm thinking Austin Powers. Probably the second film because he travelled back in time and it's something he'd say.

We don't really care. Do we? It's trying to phrase it so that it sounds sarcastic and not malicious is the tricky part. I'm sarcastic dammit! *Sigh* Ok then, bring on the smiting...

We don't really care... (Well I don't, Stewart might, you'll have to ask him) Do you really have to ask? And Tom, you're being Mr. Harsh, you big endgame boss baddie, you.

I was just teasing...
Since Tom's being a dick (there really is no other word for it) I'm not going to give you one...
Actually, I feel bad now, on behalf of everyone else. It's from a cartoon. The first film of it...

Ok, I'm sorry, the harshness doesn't suit does it? All I wanted was to be the uncaring and impassive one for a change, is that so much to ask?!? It still could be anything. Flintstones, Rugrats, Recess, Futurama... I'm not even close here am I? Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Transformers? Actually, I can't imagine a 30 tonne autobot use that phrase... The decepticons on the other hand...

Tom got it right!
Futurama! Bender's Big Score is where I remember it from. Granted it was "We're back, baby!" but I doctored it for my own needs!

So in other words, it wasn't a quote.

I'm sure he says it at other points, I'd just have to trawl through episodes of funny cartoons to find it.
In fact, I'm having a niggling memory at this precise moment... I think he says it in the second film...
Besides, I said "reference" and not "quote".

McBain, resident Futurama geek to the rescue.
Bender does utter the phrase "I'm back baby!" in series four whilst being swung about by a giant space bees stinger.
