I saw a car earlier which was diagonally across <that street one over from Montrose Street which has the Colville building on it) near the junction. There were a couple of police officers and everything.
(I'm not sure why - it didn't even look as if it had crashed...)

My forensics brain says that it was a very narrow miss. Note that the wing-mirror is hanging loose.
