It occurs to me that we never had one of these for the Star Trek movies. Why is this? And we should totally do this, particularly since I have not seen many of them. (Although let's not do this till 2012 cause I have no time this year, unfortunately...) Also, we should totally have a Harry Potter omnibus - it'll be fun. And a Disney movie day. Let's do that again!

Star Trek would be the even-numbered movies - plus XI (new Trek), minus X (Nemesis). About ten hours? Yeah, we can do that in one night.
Harry Potter, I know we've discussed that before. We can't do that until the last movie's out on DVD-- when is that? (Ooh, 2nd December, it seems.) Anyway, it would have to be split over two days (probably two weekends to fit everyone's schedule), but I am totally in support of this! I can offer both parts of Deathly Hallows on Blu-ray, too, if I manage to wrestle them away from my sister. (We might have Half-Blood Prince on Blu-ray? I'll check tomorrow. I can also, of course, offer all on DVD, but I bet everyone can do that.)
AS FOR DISNEY can our next Disney day be a Toy Story day? I have so many feelings.

In regards to everyone having all the DVDs of Harry Potter - I only have the 1st one on video cause... well, just cause. Anyways, I suppose we could do Toy Story, yeah, and, seeing as that'd go in pretty quick, we could watch, I dunno, Mulan or whatever as well. ... Oh, had another thought! Studio Ghibli omnibus! That would = win! ;D (Translation, I really wanna see the Studio Ghibli films - let's please get them somehow and watch them.

I only have the first Harry Potter film on video and the second and third on dvd I think... I have a few studio Ghibli films though: Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Laputa and I think I have another one or two that I can't remember... If we extend it to Japanese anime in general then I have The Girl Who Leapt Through Time as well, which is not bad

I saw that in HMV the other day. It looked quite interesting.
If we do Toy Story though, why not a Pixar day? I mean, pretty much all of their stuff is brilliant. (Screw you, naysayers, I liked Cars.)

General animation day? Why choose one when you can have it all?

You know what, let's just have a general omnibus - watch all the things!

Pretty much every time we hang out at Dave's becomes a general omnibus day...

Or, y'know, someone else's for a change. I'd offer up my flat, but I don't live in Glasgow yet.

This is another way of saying "To Dave's!" really...

Let's just take a laptop to George Square or something. It'd make for more interesting stories.

Ooh, I like that idea. If we could grab a projector and a bedsheet, we'd be able to attract an audience.
Probably in uniforms looking to arrest us, but what the hell.

Where would we plug it in, then? I'm pretty sure the surrounding places won't help...
