Is a great series of books. Since Rebecca is giving up the forum for a week, I've decided to be cruel and start irresistable threads such as this one.

I'm sure I put this on the 666 post, but to hell with that.
I love Marvin; he's awesome.

Guess what I'm reading?! That's right: the 6th part! It's alright so far, but it is slightly different and doesn't feel quite right. But at least I now know that my poetry is way worse than the Vogons'!

Douglas Adams is still my personal hero. I started re-reading the trilogy of five a month or so ago, then got distracted by such mediocre titles as 1984, but I'll get back to it this summer and relive my fifteen-year-old self's life. Actually, upon reflection, 90% of my mental state for the past seven years can be blamed on HHTTG. Hmm...

Yes, you were distracted from the answer to life, the universe, and everything by such mediocre books as '1984' to name but the one book you've read that did not contain a lightsaber in it.

Don't exaggerate.
Only one of the seven Dark Tower books has lightsabers in it.

Ah, yes. The light-sabre wielding wolves being defeated by plate-throwing women scene. That's contemporary classic material right there. (Yes. I did look it up on Wikipedia. I automatically lose.) This is my unhappy-I-cheated-and-lost face: It's quite wan, I feel.

I believe that is the appropriate emoticon for celebrating one's victory.

Or to signify that one is drowning in the black waters of the cartoon: 'Pirates of Black-water', or whatever it was called.

Whatever, I'm your direct link to this thing. It's not my fault I fail at computers.
