I wandered around half the city centre today trying to find a place that sold slush puppies (or different brands of the same thing) - I had to grudgingly settle for getting one from the cinema (Fanta Frozen is what they have there), which was AMAZING but really expensive. Does anyone know any other place, ANYWHERE in the city where I could get a cheaper, and therefore more frequent supply to my addiction? I need confirmed sightings though, not out of date theories. :/ The sweet shops on both Buchanan and Argyle street are closed and they used to be my best bet...

Sadly, I know of only one place that sells relatively cheap slush based drinks. It's a rock bar in Dumfries, and your slush puppy will, in all probability, come with vodka in it.

Argh, now you've got me reminiscing about bygone slushies... the best one I ever had was in France, my friend and I asked for apple but it ran out halfway through so it got topped up with melon. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.
...I want a slush puppy now.

There's a sweet shop just down from my flat that sells slushies. No idea how much they are, though, and I suppose that's a bit out of your way.

He did say "anywhere" in the city.
I know of none in Glasgow, but I'm pretty sure there's one in Lanark which sells them. (I haven't been in it for a while, though, so I shall have to ask my sister to double check...)

Firstly, there is a shop in Lanark which sells them. However, in Glasgow there are a couple of shops which sells them: Candy 'N' Shake. That's across from Buchanan Galleries and one in Argyle Street, too. How'd you miss that?

Well, I kind of assumed those are the ones he meant by-- The sweet shops on both Buchanan and Argyle street are closed and they used to be my best bet... --?

Yes... But they sell the things he's looking for - my sister spends enough time in there with her friends at various weekends and she was fairly certain. (As in, as soon as I asked, immediate answer.)
So, obviously, he missed that...
