But Stewart has more posts than us all. And he will always have more posts than us all as he will probably match everything we say with a well intentioned but ultimately failing witty come back.
Sometimes I feel so proud of him for it. Other times I just feel shame.

I'm angry at him.
I got bored in Chemistry, so drew stick figures of Stewart dying in various ways. (This is quite worrying, but strangely satisfying!)

Violence always is. Just as long as we find constructive outlets for it and don't end up killing people just because they cut in front of me in the queue. Before I go off on a rant and we all get a good, long look at my scarred psyche I'll just ask why you wrote "b******!!"? Do you just not like swearing or is there an unwritten rule against it on the forums that I have fortunately not broken but not been informed of at the same time?

Although Stewart winding up Rebecca with very little effort is kinda funny, I feel I must bring the thread back on topic here... Jenna, you're right, I shouldn't have thought it'd been any good whatsoever, and Joe, I had to go see it for myself, and though faint as my memory of the game was, the film didn't capture anything I loved about it. I mean it really just loved showing off how cool their winged demons looked and and didn't capture any of Payne's casual sarcasim that I loved so much about the games. After seeing the film and thinking ' meh, this is nothing special, the plot moves slow, you don't get to see the extent of the drug's influence beyond a single party and the rather unimpressive ragnarok, let's go play the game and see how that is again' They took all the places and chracter names of Max Payne, shoved them in a raffle hat and drew them out randomly to assign new roles for them in a throughly mediocre story. Where was the police chasing after Max's rampaging cruesade againt the bosses of the crime ring that he infiltrated? Where was Wooden? the inner circle? Don Puncinelo and his three badass head honchos? I won't keep ranting, but after installing the game two nights ago and playing through most of it by now, theres no way that this movie could ever have been good. I think I'm losing faith. So many movies that try to copy what we love about games and so many games that try to copy what we love about movies and they all do it WRONG. It hurts

I think it's because over the past five years or so games have finally reached the level where they are art forms in themselves. They can represent ideas and plotlines that can't be conveyed in a film, and as such should be kept out of the film industry altogether (though I have ranted before that games are just turning into interactive films by themselves but I won't go into the bastardisation of the genre). But some people are just asses and make films out of them anyway.

Argh! This fecking computer!
I can swear if I want, I just prefer not to, but I have swearing a lot more than I used to! (There was a time when I cried at being forced into saying "Oh my God". I was rather religious and a good little girl, always coming home on time.)
"Kinda funny"! "Kinda funny"!?! How dare you?!?! Someone find me something which'll help me smite him without second thought (and, thus without any guilt). Cause I can't do it, since I already feel slightly guilty about thinking about it. (Actually, it's more of a knowledge that I will feel guilty afterwards, but it's the same thing really...)
