I didn't know who they were... but I youtubed... and they're weird... but maybe 'cause I ain't been to a gig in actually a year (except Dylan Moran) and I'll have handed my last essay in on the 17th. (If I'm not working, that is. Which i probably am, come to think of it.)

How much would it cost? This is the sort of mainstream insanity that I like. Even if I don't end up going, you can expect to see me wearing purple more often.

Whoever it is sounds Italian (I was about to type "Irish" for some reason... I think it might be my alleged Irish heritage - alleged meaning my dad and, i think, Grampa say so. Not that they're Irish; they're Scottish through and through. So it must have been hundreds of years ago or something. Getting off topic...)
He/she/they/whatever sounds like an opera singer!!
No.

The answer you were all looking for was
Fuck Yes!
The band is forever connected in my head with a very drunk communist dancing with my ipod in a grass skirt and shell bra singing so very badly. I feel this sums up the band nicely.

Oh my god it was fantastic. Every part of me hurts with how brilliant it was. Seriously, bruises and shit.
And some weird red claw marks by my armpits. I don't remember anyone clawing my armpits.
I was surprised by how many old songs they played, and I loved them for it too because I could sing and be one with the crowd. And even when I didn't know the songs I loved it because I was just dancing and jumping and sweating and yelling and by god it was magical.
Also, a side note: the backs of sweaty men may be the slippiest surface imaginable, but it was sure as hell fun.

My bruises are black. Black! On the injury colour scale this means it was a good night.
